Busy Medicare Advantage businesses have CVS Health and other insurance providers spooked about the new year.

Humana is spending $5.7 billion to jump deeper into delivering care at home, a trend that took off during the pandemic and one the health insurer expects will continue to grow.

Humana employee identities have been used to file fraudulent unemployment insurance applications with the health care company, according to company officials. Humana’s corporate communications chief Mark Mathis told News 6 the company is gathering information from employees who file unemployment fraud incidents.
