A judge in Miami has dismissed a complaint challenging a college’s decision to gift prime downtown real estate for President Donald Trump’s future presidential library.

The board of the South Florida college that’s giving away a valuable piece of property for Donald Trump’s future presidential library redid its vote to transfer the land.
