Palm Coast city leaders have formally asked Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis to unseat Mayor Mike Norris.

Flagler County was briefly involved in discussions due to the City of Palm Coast’s initial interest in the project. However, the city was found to be ineligible to apply directly for the grant.

The move comes after the mayor was initially one of the biggest supporters of the project.
