British Prime Minister Keir Starmer’s chief of staff has resigned over the controversy surrounding Peter Mandelson's appointment as the U.K. ambassador to the U.S. Morgan McSweeney said he advised Starmer to appoint Mandelson, despite his ties to Jeffrey Epstein.
