2024 U.S. Open runner-up Jessica Pegula will lead a new 13-person panel to recommend changes to the women’s tennis calendar, rankings points rules and the requirements about competing in certain events.

Pregnant players on the women’s tennis tour now can receive 12 months of paid maternity leave, and those who become parents via partner pregnancy, surrogacy or adoption can get two months off with pay.
