The family of a mental-health counselor who was stabbed to death in Orange County is questioning whether there was proper security in the building where the stabbing took place.

A licensed mental health counselor was fatally stabbed at her office and another man was injured after a former client attacked them inside the counselor’s Lee Road office, according to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office.
