A small private plane crashed into the door of a hangar at Spruce Creek Airport on Sunday, according to the Volusia County Sheriffs Office. No injuries were reported, deputies said. Deputies said a pilot exited the plane and a child, reported as the pilots granddaughter, accidentally pushed the stick forward. The pilot attempted to reenter the plane before it went into circles then crashed into a hangar, deputies said.
