A man who attacked a jogger near College Park in Orlando is expected to appear in court after he was accused of violating probation.

The man accused of attacking a jogger near Orlando’s College Park earlier this year was rearrested Monday, accused of violating the probation he received as his sentence in the case.

Worrell said she is holding media availability “to address community concerns and questions” regarding the case and is “keeping with our commitment to full transparency.”

The Orange-Osceola State Attorney’s Office says it’s reviewing what it calls a prosecutor’s “oversight” after a man accused of attacking a jogger near College Park took a plea deal and served no jail time.

A 26-year-old man accused of attacking a jogger near College Park was in court where his attorney asked a judge to set bond.

According to police, the suspect — later identified as Tyler Feight —approached the victim and struck her in the upper body, causing her to fall to the ground.
