Birds of prey sit at the top of the food chain—so when something is wrong in the environment, raptors often show it first. In this episode, I visit the Avian Reconditioning Center (ARC) in Apopka, Florida, to see how injured and orphaned raptors are cared for through rehabilitation, medical support, and flight conditioning. Some recover and return to the wild. Others become permanent residents and help educate the public.
