Seventeen years after Tracy Ocasio vanished, Ocoee detectives and retired investigator Michelle Grogan say new efforts—including FDLE testing, FBI ViCAP entry, sonar and K-9 searches, and water searches with Peace River K9 Search and Rescue—are continuing as they urge anyone with information to contact Ocoee Police.
