MONTVERDE, Fla. – The name of the game is, you ask and you shall receive.
So many of you out in the town of Montverde wanted us to come out and visit, so that’s exactly what we are doing Wednesday night. But you know, I can’t let the evening crew have all the fun, so I visited the Montverde post office for about an hour and talked with Pearl Carr, who has been at the office since 2018.

Steven Montiero, better known as “Trooper Steve," joined the News 6 morning team as its Traffic Safety Expert in October 2017.
A Central Florida native and decorated combat veteran, Montiero comes to the station following an eight-year assignment with the Florida Highway Patrol.
