Road widening project threatens popular Volusia County Christmas light display

For more than 30 years, Connie Bush and Bob Vincent's Christmas display has caught the eyes of many passing along Howland Boulevard in Deltona, with more than a dozen inflatable displays, and thousands and thousands of lights.
