Spring break plan for New Smyrna Beach comes amid new youth curfew

The New Smyrna Beach City Commission approved an ordinance Tuesday that applies a year-round curfew from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. on Sundays through Thursdays, and 11 p.m. to 6 a.m. on Fridays, Saturdays and federal holidays.
