27-year-old arrested following fatal shooting in Eustis

Months after a 39-year-old man was shot to death in Eustis, the city’s police chief announced Thursday an arrest had been made. Wseni Laguerre, 39, was found with multiple gunshot wounds at a home along Palm Avenue on Jan. 30 and was taken to the hospital, where he later died.
