Hourslong stand-off to catch suspect in Seminole County

A large law enforcement presence was spotted Wednesday morning in a residential area just outside of Altamonte Springs. Cruisers from the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office and Altamonte Springs Police Department could be seen gathered in the area of Magnolia Street and Oak Avenue, blocking traffic as even more officers grouped near the intersection of Cadillac and Continental courts.
