Orlando Commissioner Regina Hill arrested on charges of elderly exploitation, mortgage fraud

Orlando Commissioner Regina Hill was arrested Thursday on several charges, including exploitation of the elderly/disabled, impersonation, scheme to defraud and mortgage fraud.
