Summer youth employment program gets results in Orlando

While many students enjoyed their summer break, 600 young scholars in Orlando participated in the City of Orlando’s Summer Youth Employment Program. The program provides real-world work experience to teens in several industries. It offers paid five-week internships along with support like transportation assistance. Sometimes even childcare assistance and clothing assistance to make sure they have everything they need at their internship.
