‘Financial state is unsustainable:’ SPCA of Brevard reduces animal intakes, lays off some staff

The SPCA of Brevard announced on Tuesday they had to lay off 15% of their animal care team and reduce animal intake in a cost-cutting move, according to a news release posted on social media.
