Florida Bail bondsman accused of trading sex favors for bond faces judge

The owner of a bail bonds company out of Central Florida accused of forcing women into having sex with him will stay behind bars for now. Russell "Bruce" Moncrief appeared before a judge in Seminole County over accusations that he forced inmates to have sex with him in exchange for bonding them out of jail. He is being moved to Orange County Jail on no bond.
