City of DeBary rejects Volusia County school at Spring Vista site

City leaders in DeBary are initiating legal actions against the Volusia County School District regarding plans for a new school. The city says the new construction along Spring Vista Drive and Shell Road violates the city's comprehensive plan for the area and state law.
