Suspect captured after shooting at man outside DeLand bar during dispute over $5 drink, police say

DeLand officers and Volusia County deputies spent the weekend searching for a suspect in a shooting early Saturday that took place outside the same bar where a man was shot and killed earlier this month, according to the police department.
