Crews work to rescue plane crash victims in Brevard County

A small plane crashed Wednesday afternoon into the Indian River in Melbourne Beach, according to the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office. A sheriff’s office spokesperson said in a statement that the agency was at the scene near the 3000 block of River Villa Way.
