Osceola County hopes new higher mobility fees will pave the way to less congestion

Osceola County officials say people can expect relief in a couple of years as the county plans to build more roads, funded by increased mobility fees paid by developers. It includes road improvements along Neptune Road, between Kissimmee and St. Cloud.
