Report sheds light as Longwood officer remains under scrutiny

News 6 obtained a report from Longwood Police Thursday that explains why an officer who resigned during an internal investigation was called to a family’s home in May.  This week, we learned the department was working to determine whether Virgel Quintal violated policy while responding to the family disturbance when he handed in his resignation letter.
