City addresses flooding at Eustis intersection amid SR 19 construction

As the State Road 19 construction project continues in downtown Eustis, people are concerned about flooding at a busy intersection. Back in June, the intersection of Orange Avenue and Bay Street flooded. While this intersection has flooded in the past, some said they feel like the construction has made it worse.
