Orange County Commission to vote on controversial ICE transport agreement

Orange County leaders are set to vote Tuesday on a proposed expansion of their cooperation with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), allowing county corrections officers to help transport undocumented detainees to federal detention facilities, including the remote South Florida site known as “Alligator Alcatraz.”
