Longwood police officer who resigned violated use-of-force policy, documents say

Body-camera video and documents show a Longwood police officer who resigned earlier this month was being investigated for violating the agency’s use-of-force policy. Longwood police say the investigation into Officer Virgel Quintal found 10 policy violations related to use-of-force and conduct.
