Back-to-School tax holiday kicks off in Florida

Florida begins its month-long Back to School Sales Tax Holiday on Friday. Unlike previous temporary tax holidays, a new law passed this year established an annual sales tax exemption for the entire month of August, giving parents and caregivers more flexibility and savings when purchasing essential items for the school year.
