Witnesses lift vehicle off 14-year-old e-bike rider after he was struck, dragged in Volusia County

 A 14-year-old boy riding an e-bike to school Monday morning was struck by a vehicle in Volusia County before being rescued by witnesses who lifted the car off him, according to deputies.
