Casselberry volunteers transform yards in ‘Neighbor to Neighbor’ event

Volunteers from across Casselberry spent Saturday morning clearing overgrown yards, hauling away junk, and helping homeowners bring their properties up to code as part of the Neighbor to Neighbor event organized by the local nonprofit Community Flourishing Initiatives.
