Woman accused in Orlando road rage killing wants case dismissed, claims stand your ground

A woman accused of second-degree murder in a deadly shooting in Orlando will be back in court Thursday. Tina Allgeo is asking the judge to dismiss the case. The case has also led to another battle between the state’s Attorney General and Attorney Monique Worrell over whether it was self-defense.
