 Should Orange County Public Schools move its start times? Currently, elementary schools start at 8:45 a.m., middle schools at 9:30 a.m., and high schools at 7:20 a.m. The adjusted proposal would have elementary schools start at 7:45 a.m., middle schools at 9:35 a.m., and high schools at 8:40 a.m.
