College Park neighbors outraged after assault suspect released due to prosecutor’s oversight

The Orange-Osceola State Attorney’s Office says it’s reviewing what it calls a prosecutor’s “oversight” after a man accused of attacking a jogger near College Park took a plea deal last month and served no prison time.
