23-year-old man faces charges after failing to stop in fatal Maitland hit-and-run

A 23-year-old man who is facing charges in connection with a fatal hit-and-run, told Maitland police he was “in shock and panicked,” when asked why he did not remain on scene after the incident, according to an affidavit for the defendant’s arrest warrant.
