Caitlin Carducci announced as Orlando Pride’s new general manager

Caitlin Carducci was welcomed by Pride Owner & Chairman Mark Wilf as the new general manager and vice president of soccer operations for the Orlando Pride Tuesday. Carducci comes from being the general manager at the Kansas City Current. That club won the fastest NWSL Shield in league history in 2025, a trophy awarded to the team with the best league record.
