How a Lake County farm uses water to protect its orange crop from freezing

The owners of Yummi Harvest are on edge. It’s all due to the threat of the extreme cold expected in the northern counties of Central Florida. Those counties include both Lake and Marion counties. Yummi Harvest sits on the border of both.  Tania and Oscar Torres, the orange U-pick farm owners, say they’re concerned because they’ve invested lots of money into their business.
