Sanford police seek ‘Peeping Tom’ accused of peering into home with blanket

Sanford police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a person caught on security footage acting suspiciously near a private residence. A police report obtained by News 6 on Thursday states the homeowner believes the same man has been visiting her house on multiple nights.
