Orlando Commissioner accuses Regina Hill of harassment in police report

Three days after Shaniqua “Shan” Rose defeated Regina Hill for the District 5 Orlando city commission seat in November, Rose visited Orlando Police Department headquarters and filed a report accusing her challenger of harassment, records obtained by News 6 show.
