From rain to near-freezing to Valentine’s warmth - brace for whiplash

Tonight marks the arrival of yet another cold front. We don't have to sound the panic alarm this go around though. While it will get chilly again, and winds will be somewhat blustery, we won't freeze like we did as we welcomed February altogether. What really lies ahead, is a marked warm up back into above average territory. Even if the groundhog saw his shadow, winter is going to take a break here in town.
