Growth brings road construction, concerns to Horizon West

Construction is currently underway in west Orange County on segments five and six of the Flemings Road Extension. Crews are also extending New Independence Parkway and Reams Road. Horizon West residents hope it eases congestion, but worries it may cause other problems.
