‘Torturing the children:’ Report details abuse alleged inside Rockledge daycare

New details allege the abuse police said was happening inside a Rockledge daycare. Rockledge police now say children were “tortured” at the hands of employees, Kia Walker, Nativia King, and Stacy Hamilton Jackson.
