Chlorine leak in The Villages sparks ‘Shelter in Place’ order near golf course

A chlorine leak in The Villages on Thursday evening sparked a “Shelter in Place” order, according to first responders. Sumter County Fire & EMS originally announced that first responders were headed to the leak at the Turtle Mound Golf Course.
