5-year-old playing on Daytona Beach struck by e-bike in hit-and-run

A 5-year-old beachgoer is recovering after deputies say he was hit by an e-bike in a hit-and-run on Daytona Beach, over the weekend, and now investigators are asking for the public’s help finding the riders.
