Mom accused of child neglect arrested again when toddler nearly drowns

A 1-year-old almost drowned, according to police, and now, for the second time in just the last few months, a mother is back in jail. In September, police arrested Nathan and Laura Forczyk near the Bayside Lakes area of Palm Bay when detectives said six of their children were locked in bedrooms with no food or water. After both parents got out on bond, Judge Michelle Naberhaus allowed the Forcyzks to see their kids again.
