Palm Bay holds special meeting to finalize $55K settlement with censured councilman

The city of Palm Bay is voting to approve a settlement agreement in a lawsuit filed by one of its own councilmen. Last fall, Chandler Langevin sued Palm Bay when the council censured him over what he wrote on social media about immigrants from India.
