Ex-clerk for Florida town accused of grand theft in cemetery plot case

A former town clerk is facing a felony charge for grand theft after she’s accused of buying cemetery plots from the city-owned cemetery at a fraction of the price. An arrest affidavit for Jennifer Tucker obtained by News 6 says that on her last day as town clerk in Astatula, she allegedly purchased 30 cemetery plots for $300 -- far less than the town rate.
