The video began circulating on social media recently, and it shows the officer apparently punching a suspect repeatedly in the face. “The images in the video are troubling, and our community deserves clear answers about what occurred,” Henry wrote. “Chief Young is aware of the situation, and I have been informed that corrective measures are underway.”
