Student video shows train clipping a Sumter County school bus

Video shared with News 6 shows a Sumter County school bus getting clipped by a CSX train last week. The video, taken by student Emma Steuer, shows the bus, which was carrying 29 students, moving slightly forward from the railroad crossing just before the train passes it. According to Sumter County records, 67-year-old Yvonne Hampton was arrested Monday for 29 child neglect charges.
