Stranded manatee completes SeaWorld rehab

A young manatee known as Melby captured the hearts of visitors and the Melbourne Beach community after a dramatic rescue from a storm drain left him in need of critical care. After treatment at SeaWorld Orlando, Melby was released back into the wild on April 7. 2026.
