Driver claims he ‘teleported’ into stolen BMW before Volusia County crash, deputies say

A 36-year-old man who crashed a BMW convertible in Volusia County while claiming to travel over 100 mph said he did not steal the car but instead was “teleported” into it, according to sheriff’s officials.
